Walking With WikistvWalking with Dinosaurs was a six-part television series produced by the BBC, narrated by Kenneth Branagh, and first aired in the UK in 1999. The series was subsequently aired in North America on the Discovery Channel, with Branagh's voice replaced with that of Avery Brooks. The series used computer-generated imagery and animatronics to recreate the life of the Mesozoic, showing dinosaurs in a way that previously had only been seen in feature films. The program's aim was to simulate the style of a nature documentary and therefore does not include "talking head" interviews. The series used paleontologists such as Peter Dodson, Peter Larson and James Farlow as advisors (their influence in the filming process can be seen in the documentary Walking with Dinosaurs - The Making Of). The Guinness Book of World Records reported that the series was the most expensive documentary series per minute ever made.

Dungeon Keeper WikigamesWelcome to the Dungeon Keeper Wiki, the wiki about the Dungeon Keeper series, developed by Bullfrog Productions. Dungeon Keeper is a series of Real-time Strategy Games published between 1997 and 1999 for the PC. A sequel, Dungeon Keeper 3 was planned, however, it folded and Bullfrog was bought by EA. The basic premise of each game was simple: the player took control of an anonymous entity known as the Keeper and built a subterranean complex of rooms, traps and doors, and used fiendish creatures to kill the invading heroes. It is one of the few games that has the player take control of evil beings, and the various objectives changed with the levels.

Heavy Rain WikigamesHeavy Rain is a cinematic psychological thriller from game developer Quantic Dream exclusively for the PlayStation 3. Dealing with a range of adult themes, the game revolves around a sophisticated plot and strong narrative threads that explore a complex moral proposition. You assume the role of multiple characters with very different backgrounds, motivations, and skills in a world where each player decision affects what will follow. The game focuses on four different characters; Ethan Mars, a father and main protagonist; Scott Shelby, a private eye; Norman Jayden, an FBI agent and finally Madison Paige a photojournalist. They are very different characters and do not know each other at the game's point, but are all connected in the sense that they all have interest in the game's main antagonist, the Origami Killer.

Crusader Kings II WikigamesCrusader Kings II is a Grand strategy video game developed and published by Paradox Interactive as a sequel to Crusader Kings. It was released for Microsoft Windows on 14 February 2012 to positive reviews. The game can be described as a dynasty simulator where the player controls a Medieval dynasty from 1066 to 1453. Through the strategic use of marriages and assassinations amongst many other things, the player works to achieve success for his dynasty. The simulation is open-ended so the definition of 'success' is completely defined by the player. The game employs a genetics and education system where children will inherit the traits, culture, religion and skills of their parents and educator. This adds an additional strategy to marriages where a player will attempt to breed the best individuals to maximise the quality of future offspring. There are five levels of authority in the game; four of which are playable: Barons (unplayable), Counts/Earls, Dukes, Kings and Emperors. Emperor positions are particularly rare, with only the Holy Roman Emperor and the Byzantine Emperor seated in 1066.
